Villa Betlem

Villa Betlem is a modern, light-filled house above the Bay of Alcúdia – made for two families or several couples looking for plenty of space and open sea views.

Around 500 m² of living space hold four double bedrooms and one single room, five bathrooms and a separate guest WC. Two double rooms are on the ground floor and two upstairs, so every party has its own private area. In total the villa sleeps nine plus a baby.

The heart of the house is the living area of almost 100 m², with a glass front that opens completely – on hot days a pleasant breeze flows through the house and the sea view becomes part of the living room. The high-end designer kitchen and dining area open straight onto the terrace, where a barbecue is ready for long evenings.

Location & surroundings

Betlem is a small, quiet settlement at the eastern end of the Bay of Alcúdia, part of the municipality of Artà. Instead of large hotels you'll find a rocky coastline, small bathing coves and direct access to the Península de Llevant nature park, one of the island's finest hiking areas – for example up to the Ermita de Betlem hermitage.

The nearest bathing spot is about 2.5 km away, and the sandy beach of Colònia de Sant Pere with its small harbour and restaurants about 4.5 km. Artà, with its Tuesday market and the Sant Salvador sanctuary, is around 10 minutes by car; Palma airport is about an hour's drive.
