Can Lluís (Sa Font Calenta)

Can Lluís – also known as Sa Font Calenta – is a cosy Mallorcan-style finca on a 15,000 m² plot near Artà: lots of nature, a private pool and peace and quiet for up to six people.

Built in 2006, the finca offers around 115 m² of living space with three cosily furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. Six people stay comfortably, with room for one more person or a baby. The living area has two sofas, rocking chairs, satellite TV and Wi-Fi throughout; the large kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats six.

Outside there is a large garden with a private pool, four sun loungers and two covered terraces – one for breakfast in the shade, one for the evening. In summer, air conditioning ensures comfortable nights.

Location & surroundings

The finca lies in the countryside around Artà in the north-east of Mallorca, an area of hills, almond and olive trees. Artà itself is one of the island's most charming small towns: the Sant Salvador sanctuary crowns the rooftops, Tuesday is market day, and the Via Verda – a former railway line – is perfect for cycling.

The unspoilt beaches of Cala Torta and Cala Mitjana are only about 5 km away as the crow flies, Betlem and Colònia de Sant Pere on the Bay of Alcúdia about 6–7 km. Cala Ratjada and Canyamel are 20–25 minutes away, Palma airport around an hour.
