Son March

Son March is a high-quality villa on a hillside between Petra and Sant Joan – with six suites, a large pool with a separate children's pool and sweeping views across the heart of the island. Perfect for families and groups of friends of up to twelve.

Around 440 m² including terraces offer lots of space: six large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and bathtub; five with two single beds, one with a double bed (150 × 190 cm). Two cosy living rooms with fireplace and satellite TV mean even large groups don't get in each other's way. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a second fridge in the utility room.

The private pool measures 12 × 9 m (up to 1.60 m deep); next to it is a children's pool (4 × 3 m, 60 cm deep) separated by a fence – ideal for families with toddlers. A large covered terrace with built-in barbecue, plenty of loungers and parasols complete the outdoor area.

Location & surroundings

The villa sits on a rise together with a few other houses, each with plenty of privacy. Petra is a quiet country town in the Pla de Mallorca and birthplace of the Franciscan friar Junípero Serra, who founded missions in California; above the town, the Ermita de Bonany hermitage offers one of the finest panoramic views on the island. The neighbouring village of Sant Joan is known for its traditional village festivals.

Thanks to the central location, many destinations are within easy reach: the beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia (Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina) in about 25–30 minutes, Manacor in about 15 minutes and Palma airport in around 35 minutes.
