Sa Pleta

Sa Pleta is a villa built in 2008 in a quiet, elevated spot between Petra and Sant Joan – with six double suites, a private pool and a veranda that wraps all the way around the house. Ideal for up to twelve people plus a toddler.

All six double bedrooms are large and bright, each with its own bathroom, five of them with a bathtub. The spacious living and dining room with fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV is where the whole group comes together; the separate kitchen is fully equipped, with a second fridge for drinks. The whole house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.

Outside, the private pool looks out over the greenery. The open veranda around the house catches the sun at every time of day, and on the covered terrace a cosy seating area with built-in barbecue invites long evenings.

Location & surroundings

Sa Pleta lies in the Pla de Mallorca, the rural heart of the island, between the villages of Petra and Sant Joan. There are a few other houses nearby, yet you enjoy plenty of privacy. Petra is the birthplace of Junípero Serra and has several wineries; from the Ermita de Bonany above the town the view stretches across half the island.

The beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina are around 25–30 minutes away, Manacor about 15 minutes, Palma and the airport around 35–40 minutes.
