Sa Sinia

Sa Sinia is a spacious country house near Petra where twelve people stay on equal terms: six double rooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony – ideal for groups of friends and several families.

The six double rooms are on the ground floor, all with two single beds and a private bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Every room opens onto a balcony, and two also have a private furnished terrace with veranda. So each party has its own retreat.

Upstairs, everyone meets in the spacious living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace with automatic awning provides shade all day, plus a covered veranda and barbecue area. All rooms have air conditioning with heating; covered parking, a laundry room and a safe are available.

Location & surroundings

The house lies peacefully in the Pla de Mallorca near Petra, an authentic country town with wineries and the birthplace of the missionary Junípero Serra. From the Ermita de Bonany above the town you look far across the island.

The beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia are around 25–30 minutes away, Manacor about 15 minutes and Palma airport around 35 minutes. Its central location makes Sa Sinia a good base for excursions in every direction.
