Son Perxa

Son Perxa combines Mallorcan country style with plenty of comfort: four suites, an impressive pool of 15 × almost 10 metres with a children's pool, and a ground-floor bedroom suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is on the ground floor and is adapted for guests with disabilities; the other three are on the first floor next to a second living room. Downstairs, the spacious living room with fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV and a dining room with space for everyone invite you to spend time together. The separate kitchen is fully equipped; all rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi.

The private pool next to the house is exceptionally large at 15 metres long and almost 10 metres wide, and has its own children's pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a cosy chill-out corner and a built-in barbecue.

Location & surroundings

Son Perxa lies peacefully right between Sant Joan and Petra in the Pla de Mallorca, the agricultural heart of the island. Petra is known for its wineries and the Ermita de Bonany hermitage with its panoramic views; in Sant Joan village life is still celebrated in traditional style.

The central location makes excursions easy: the beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia are around 25–30 minutes away, Manacor about 15 minutes, Palma and the airport around 35 minutes.
