El Palmeral

El Palmeral is a spacious villa for large families and groups of friends of up to 13 – with two private pools: a large 70 m² pool and a separate children's pool.

The house spans two floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen, laundry, the living and dining room with fireplace, a guest WC and two double bedrooms with private bathroom (bathtub and shower) and access to the veranda with barbecue. Upstairs there are two more double rooms and two suites with private bathroom and sitting area; all upstairs rooms open onto a terrace with views. The beds are single beds.

Outside you'll find the 70 m² pool and a separate children's pool of about 13 m². Air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, a washing machine and covered parking are available.

Location & surroundings

The villa lies west of Petra in the Pla de Mallorca, surrounded by fields and almond trees. Petra is a quiet country town with wineries, a weekly market and the birthplace of Junípero Serra; the Ermita de Bonany hermitage offers a wonderful view across the island's interior.

Much is within easy reach from here: Palma airport in about 30–35 minutes, the beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia in about 25–30 minutes, and markets such as Sineu (Wednesdays) in just a few minutes.
