The house is furnished in a simple, elegant style: a living and dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen, two pretty double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, and the third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs. All three bathrooms have a shower.

A large terrace runs around the house with a dining table for six and a mobile barbecue. There is parking for up to three cars on the property. Besides the main entrance with driveway, a second small gate leads directly to the beach.

Location & surroundings

The house is on the Bay of Alcúdia between Port d'Alcúdia and Platja de Muro – one of Mallorca's longest and most family-friendly sandy beaches, with gently shelving, clear water. There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets nearby.

Alcúdia's walled medieval old town with its market (Tuesdays and Sundays) and the Roman site of Pollentia is just a few minutes away, as is the S'Albufera nature park. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
