Location & surroundings

The finca lies in the rural surroundings of Artà in north-east Mallorca. The little town, with the Sant Salvador sanctuary above its rooftops, its Tuesday market and the Via Verda cycle route, is one of the prettiest on the island; the Talayotic settlement of Ses Païsses is also nearby.

The beaches of Betlem, Colònia de Sant Pere and wild Cala Torta are each about 8–9 km away as the crow flies, and Canyamel and Cala Ratjada are around 20 minutes by car. Palma airport is about an hour's drive.
