Casa a Portocolom

Casa a Portocolom is a lovingly renovated town house only about 100 metres from the sea – in one of Mallorca's most authentic harbour towns, with a large balcony and roof terrace.

With around 240 m² of living space, the house combines rustic Mallorcan style with a fresh renovation. The large balcony offers lovely panoramic views, plus there's a terrace at the front and a second one right up on the roof – perfect for a sunset glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and a fireplace in the living area adds cosiness in cooler months. Two bathrooms, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and dishwasher are available. The house sleeps up to five.

Location & surroundings

Portocolom on the south-east coast has one of the island's largest natural harbours and has kept its charm as a fishing town: colourful boat houses, small tapas bars and waterfront restaurants. From the house you can easily walk to the harbour, promenade and shops.

Cala Marçal with its light sandy beach is only about 1 km away, and the pretty coves of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena near Cala d'Or about 3–4 km. Above the town, an excursion to the Sant Salvador monastery near Felanitx rewards you with sweeping views. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
