Can Corem is an as-new, exclusive estate on a hill near Manacor – with six bedrooms, a large pool beautifully lit in the evening and a barbecue room with outdoor kitchen. A holiday home with a hotel feel for up to twelve guests.

Beyond the impressive entrance hall, the modern Mallorcan-style kitchen-diner opens onto a living room with fireplace. The finca has six bedrooms, four of them en suite; all rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including the master suite with bathtub and large shower, plus a dressing room.

A highlight is the bright barbecue room on the lower floor with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, TV and games console – with direct access to the pool. Outside there's a chill-out corner with rattan sofas and a large dining table for all twelve guests. The pool and house are atmospherically lit in the evening.

Location & surroundings

The finca lies outside Manacor, Mallorca's second-largest town, known for its furniture and pearl manufacturers and as the home of Rafael Nadal, whose sports centre and museum are here. Shops and restaurants are quickly reached.

The east-coast coves – Cala Varques, Cala Romàntica, Cala Mendia – are each about 12 km away as the crow flies, and Porto Cristo with the Caves of Drach is around 20 minutes away. Palma airport is about 40–45 minutes' drive.
