Finca Els Xiprers

Els Xiprers is a cosy family finca about 2 km outside Porreres – surrounded by almond, citrus and olive trees, with its own pool, playground and barbecue for relaxed evenings.

Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is perfect for six: one room with a double bed (150 × 190 cm) and two with two single beds each (90 × 200 cm). There is a bathroom on each floor and a third WC right by the pool. The living room with fireplace is practical and cosy, the kitchen fully equipped; every room has fans and internet.

Outside there's a private pool (4 × 6.5 m), a small playground for the children, a built-in barbecue and a lovely dining area on the terrace.

Location & surroundings

Porreres is a quiet country town in the south of the island's interior, known for its apricots, wineries and the Santuari de Monti-sion on the hill above the town. Here you experience an authentic, little-touristed Mallorca.

The beaches of Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc are about 18–19 km away as the crow flies (around 25 minutes), and the east-coast coves around 30 minutes. Palma and the airport are about 30 minutes away.
