Romantisches Sa Nau

Sa Nau is a small, romantic seafront holiday home – here you fall asleep to the sound of the sea and have breakfast looking out over the Bay of Alcúdia.

The house sleeps four. On the ground floor there's a modern shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and the living room with fireplace; upstairs are two cosy bedrooms with single beds and a separate WC. Air conditioning has been installed since 2022.

The highlight is the private terrace with room for four and a dreamy view of the sea – the perfect place for relaxed dinners. After a swim, the outdoor shower refreshes. Despite close neighbours, the residential area is very quiet.

Location & surroundings

The house is in S'Estanyol, a small settlement right on the water near Colònia de Sant Pere. The former fishing village has a pretty harbour, a promenade with restaurants and a sandy beach only about 1 km away; the beach at Son Serra de Marina is about 2 km away. Across the bay the view reaches as far as Cap de Formentor.

For hikers, the Península de Llevant nature park starts close by. Artà is about 15 minutes away, Palma airport about 50–55 minutes.
