Finca Rústica Sa Pleta

Finca Rústica Sa Pleta is an as-new stone finca in the east of the island, split into a main house and a separate apartment – perfect for several families holidaying together while keeping their privacy.

The main house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them en suite: three spacious double rooms and one room with two single beds. The outbuilding houses an apartment built for guests with disabilities, with two double bedrooms, a shower room and a sofa bed in the living room. Both units have their own modern kitchen and a bright living room with fireplace; all bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the finca.

Outside there is a large private pool (12 × 5.5 m), a wide lawn with sun loungers and cosy seating, a table tennis table and a mobile barbecue.

Location & surroundings

The finca lies in the rural east of the municipality of Manacor, between the town and the coast. Porto Cristo with its harbour, beach and the Caves of Drach is about 8 km away as the crow flies, as are the coves around Cala Mendia; Sa Coma and Cala Millor are about 15–20 minutes by car.

In Manacor you'll find shops, the weekly market and the Rafa Nadal Museum. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
