Montferrutx

Montferrutx is a modern villa in Colònia de Sant Pere designed by the owners themselves – with a large roof terrace offering views across the bay from Betlem to Cap de Formentor, and the beach only a few minutes' walk away.

The house has an unusual layout: the four bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and fans are on the ground floor, where it stays cooler at night in summer. The spacious living and dining area with open, modern kitchen and sea views is upstairs – where you enjoy the sun for longer; the large dining table seats eight or more. The bathroom has two basins and a large walk-in shower, plus there are two guest WCs. There's Wi-Fi and underfloor heating.

A staircase leads to the large roof terrace with dining table and two hammocks. At the entrance, a natural meadow and a terrace invite you to sunbathe; since 2025 there's also a small pool (2.10 × 4.20 m, 1.40 m deep). The garage holds bikes, paddle boards, snorkelling gear, a washing machine and a dryer.

Location & surroundings

Colònia de Sant Pere is a former fishing village on the Bay of Alcúdia that has kept its quiet, family-friendly character. The villa is in the third row from the sea; the village's sandy beach is only about 400 m away, and the beaches of Betlem and Son Serra de Marina about 2–3 km. The harbour and promenade have restaurants and small shops.

The Península de Llevant nature park with lovely hiking trails starts on your doorstep, and Artà is about 15 minutes away. Palma airport is about 50–55 minutes' drive.
