Cas Sineuer is a cosy, simply furnished finca on the edge of Artà – with its own pool, a large garden and the town within walking distance. A little holiday oasis for families of up to six.

The house has three bedrooms with spacious built-in wardrobes and two modern shower rooms. The living and dining room with fireplace, comfy sofas and dining area leads straight onto the terrace; the kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are available.

Outside there's an 8 × 4 metre pool with a newly built pool terrace and pool shower, a large garden with lawn and built-in barbecue, and a pretty terrace for balmy evenings.

Location & surroundings

The finca is right next to Artà, which you can even reach on foot – with bakeries, tapas bars, the Tuesday market and the Sant Salvador sanctuary high above the old town. The Via Verda is ideal for relaxed bike rides.

The beaches of Betlem, Colònia de Sant Pere and wild Cala Torta are about 7–8 km away as the crow flies, Cala Ratjada and Canyamel about 20 minutes. Palma airport is about an hour's drive.
