Villa Son Simo Vell

Son Simó Vell was once a country hotel – today families and groups of friends rent the whole estate exclusively: eight suites, a large pool, a sports lawn of over 600 m² and, if you wish, hotel-style service.

There's room for up to 16 adults, plus two extra beds and two toddlers (the owner provides travel cots free of charge). All eight bedrooms have their own bathroom, satellite TV and a small minibar; the beds can be pushed together or apart. Central heating and air conditioning keep temperatures pleasant in every season. The high-quality, almost restaurant-style kitchen is fully equipped.

The kitchen and terraces are cleaned by the owner for two hours every morning. On request he will do the shopping or prepare a breakfast buffet; massages, babysitters, boat hire, a private chef or wine tastings can also be arranged. The pool and grounds are exclusively for your group.

Location & surroundings

The estate lies in the rural hinterland of Alcúdia in northern Mallorca. Platja de Muro and Alcúdia beach – fine sand, shallow, clear water – are about 6–7 km away, Port de Pollença about 10 km. Alcúdia's walled medieval old town, with its market on Tuesdays and Sundays and the Roman city of Pollentia, is quickly reached.

Day trips to Pollença, Cap de Formentor and the S'Albufera nature park are close by. Palma airport is about 40–45 minutes' drive.
