The spacious, bright living and dining room is the heart of the house: with comfortable armchairs by the fireplace, sofas overlooking the pool and sea, and a large rustic dining table. The modern kitchen has an adjoining pantry and a small wine fridge. All three bedrooms are en suite: one on the ground floor and two upstairs – including the master bedroom with its own terrace and superb sea views.

The private pool lies right next to the living area and also enjoys sea views. Loungers and parasols are provided, and on the terrace a large dining table and built-in barbecue invite sociable evenings.

Location & surroundings

Font de Sa Cala is a quiet coastal village between Canyamel and Cala Ratjada in the far north-east of Mallorca, with a small bathing cove and clear water. The wide sandy beach of Canyamel is about 3 km away, and Cala Agulla – one of the island's most beautiful beaches – about 4 km.

Nearby are the Caves of Artà, Capdepera castle and the lively harbour of Cala Ratjada with restaurants and boat trips. Palma airport is about 70 minutes' drive.
