Four spacious, light-filled bedrooms, three of them en suite, sleep up to eight plus a baby – a maximum of six adults, with the remaining guests children under 16. Large windows connect inside and out: the open living and dining area with a big dining table, comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi opens up views of the landscape. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Outside you'll find the infinity pool on the large terrace, well-kept gardens, lounging areas and several terraces for alfresco meals. Air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating keep temperatures pleasant all year round.

Location & surroundings

The finca is near Ariany, one of Mallorca's smallest and quietest villages, in the agricultural Pla de Mallorca. Petra with its wineries, Sineu market (Wednesdays) and the Ermita de Bonany hermitage are only a few minutes away.

The beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia – Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina – are about 15 km away as the crow flies, around 20–25 minutes by car. Palma airport is about 35–40 minutes' drive.
