Design Villa

Villa Diseny is a minimalist design house completed in 2019 in the charming coastal village of Son Serra de Marina – only about 900 metres from the sea, with a private pool and four bright bedrooms.

High-quality materials and clean, modern lines define the house. The bright living and dining area with large windows is both modern and cosy; the open kitchen is fully equipped. Two of the four bedrooms have a double bed and open directly onto the pool area – one of them with an en-suite bathroom and spacious shower – while the other two have two single beds each. A second shower room and a guest WC complete the layout; air conditioning and heating are available.

The partly covered terrace with private pool is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Location & surroundings

Son Serra de Marina lies in the north-east on the Bay of Alcúdia and has kept its quiet charm – no big hotel complexes, but several restaurants and bars, two small supermarkets and a pharmacy. The wide natural beach is popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers; the nearest stretch of beach is about 1.2 km away.

For bigger shopping trips, Can Picafort is about 9 km away and Colònia de Sant Pere about 5 km. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
