Renovated in 2020, the finca sleeps up to eight plus a baby. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; three bathrooms are en suite and a fourth is separate inside the house. There's another WC outside next to the pool and outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area has a fireplace, and there's Wi-Fi throughout.

The villa lies in the east of the Manacor municipality. The Rafa Nadal Academy with its sports centre and museum is only about five minutes away, and Manacor's centre with shops and a weekly market is also quickly reached.

The coast isn't far: Cala Mendia, Cala Romàntica and Porto Cristo with the Caves of Drach are about 9 km away as the crow flies (around 15 minutes), and Sa Coma and Cala Millor are within easy reach. Palma airport is about 45 minutes' drive.
