Cas Joan Conill is a charming country house near Cala Murada in eastern Mallorca – with its own pool, a table tennis table and views across nature to the sea. A relaxed retreat for up to eight.

260 m² over two floors hold four cosy bedrooms – two with double beds, two with single beds – and two bathrooms: one with a shower downstairs and one with a bathtub upstairs. The living and dining room with comfy sofa, dining table and satellite TV is the cosy meeting point, and the separate kitchen with gas hob is fully equipped. A washing machine, dryer and gas central heating are available; there's room for a cot and high chair.

Outside, the 3.5 × 7.5 m pool is surrounded by a large furnished terrace, plus a fully equipped veranda with gas barbecue and a table tennis table.

The house lies in the countryside behind Cala Murada, between Manacor and Felanitx. Cala Murada beach is about 9 minutes away by car; other lovely coves such as Cala Domingos and Cala Falcó and unspoilt Cala Varques are nearby. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 7 minutes away.

Portocolom with its natural harbour is about 15 minutes away, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach about 20 minutes. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
