Air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating keep temperatures pleasant all year round; there's also a fireplace, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. In the laundry room, a table tennis table and table football await young and old.

The large garden invites you to relax and play, and the private pool is the perfect place for sunny hours in complete tranquillity. For special occasions in a small circle – such as a wedding or a brunch – the finca can be used on request.

Location & surroundings

Felanitx is a lively country town in the south-east, known for its wine, pottery and Sunday market. Above the town rises Puig de Sant Salvador with its monastery – you see it directly from the finca, and from the top the view reaches across half the island.

The harbour town of Portocolom and east-coast coves such as Cala Varques and Cala Murada are about 20 minutes away. Palma airport is about 40 minutes' drive.
