Location & surroundings

The villa lies quietly in the south of the Sencelles municipality, near the border with Palma. The airport is about 15–20 minutes away, Palma's old town about 20–25 minutes; the wineries of Santa Eugènia and Binissalem are also close by.

The nearest beach, Platja de Palma, is about 13 km away as the crow flies. Thanks to the central location, the Tramuntana, the north and the south of the island are all within easy reach. Please note: due to the proximity of the airport, aircraft noise can occasionally be heard.
