Cala Mandia 48B is a bright, fully private house for nature lovers: set in a protected area at the mouth of a stream, a few steps from the sea, with its own pool and sunny terraces.

Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen and a large, comfortable living and dining room sleep up to six. A courtyard and terraces with views extend the living space outdoors; air conditioning, heating and Starlink Wi-Fi are available, and a cot can be provided.

The private pool, the garden and a covered terrace are all yours – there are no shared areas. The hosts are happy to help with any questions.

Location & surroundings

Cala Mendia on the east coast is a small cove with a sandy beach and turquoise water, about 500 metres from the house. Coastal paths lead to the neighbouring coves; Porto Cristo with its harbour, restaurants and the Caves of Drach is about 3 km away.

The coves of Cala Romàntica and Cala Varques, Manacor and the hinterland with its wineries make good excursions. Palma airport is about 50–55 minutes' drive.
