Finca San Bartolo

San Bartolo is an architecturally exceptional holiday home in a quiet rural setting in the heart of Mallorca – with a large, shallow infinity pool, a tower room with roof terrace and views all the way to the Serra de Tramuntana.

The open living area with floor-to-ceiling glass is flooded with light and connects inside and out. Quality furniture and the rustic, fully equipped kitchen create a warm atmosphere. Three individually designed, air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC sleep up to six. A special highlight is the tower, reached by an elegant spiral staircase – ideal as a reading nook or quiet home office, with an adjoining roof terrace and panoramic views.

Outside, a natural stone wall frames the large terrace by the infinity pool. Right by the house there's a covered terrace with dining area and gas barbecue overlooking the Mediterranean garden.

Location & surroundings

The finca is only about 5 minutes by car from the village of Llubí, with restaurants, cafés and shops. The popular beaches of Platja de Muro and Can Picafort are about 20–25 minutes away, as is the S'Albufera nature park.

Thanks to the central location, Inca with its Thursday market, Sineu and the Lluc monastery are also within easy reach. Palma airport is about 30–35 minutes' drive.
