The bright living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and comfortable seating is the shared meeting point; the fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher is also suitable for longer stays. Air conditioning, sound insulation and free Wi-Fi throughout. There are play areas indoors and out for children, and a cot on request.

Location & surroundings

The villa lies quietly in the north of Palma at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Palma's old town with its cathedral, shopping streets and restaurants is about 15 minutes away, the airport about 20 minutes. The area is great for hiking and cycling, and Valldemossa and Esporles are a short drive away.

The nearest beaches – Cala Major and Illetes – are about 8–10 km away. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged on request.
