Can Miquel

Can Miquel is a charming stone house in the north of Mallorca, just a pleasant walk from Pollença's historic old town – with vaulted ceilings, a private pool and views over the village.

With 85 m² of living space on an 800 m² plot, the house blends traditional Mallorcan style with modern touches. Everything is on one level: two air-conditioned double bedrooms – the master with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the village – and two bathrooms, one of them outside. The kitchen is fully equipped; electric radiators and a wood stove provide warmth in winter. A cot, high chair, internet, satellite TV and safe are available, and towels and bed linen are included.

In the garden there's the private pool (7 × 3 m, 1.40–2.20 m deep), a barbecue and parking on the property.

Location & surroundings

Pollença is one of Mallorca's prettiest towns: 365 steps lead up Calvari hill, people meet for coffee on Plaça Major, and there's a market on Sundays. From Can Miquel you can walk to the old town.

The beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and Port de Pollença are each about 5–6 km away, and the Formentor peninsula with its viewpoints and the Bay of Alcúdia are quickly reached. Palma airport is about 45–50 minutes' drive.
