Can Cortana

Can Cortana is a charming rural villa near Inca, surrounded by a 21,000 m² private plot with mountain views – with a saltwater pool, a playground and lots of outdoor space, ideal for families of up to six.

Across 120 m² and two floors, the house offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a guest WC and a cosy living area. The kitchen is fully equipped; towels, bed linen and blankets are provided. Heating comes from the air-conditioning units and a wood stove.

Outside there's a private saltwater pool (10 × 3 m, 1.20–1.60 m deep), a large terrace with barbecue area, a playground for the children and a table tennis table for the whole family. The garden is fenced, a cot and high chair are ready, and parking is right on the property.

Location & surroundings

Inca lies in the centre of the island at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana and is known for its big Thursday market and leather tradition. Hiking and cycling tours into the mountains start here; the Lluc monastery and the wineries around Binissalem are close.

The northern beaches – Platja de Muro and Can Picafort – and the S'Albufera nature park are about 25 minutes away, as are several golf courses. Palma airport is about 30–35 minutes' drive.
