Pla De Ses Rotes

Pla de Ses Rotes is a spacious country house just 2 km from the village of Campanet on the edge of the Serra de Tramuntana – with five double bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 10 × 5 metre pool on 14,000 m² of land. Ideal for large families and groups of up to ten.

Across 280 m² and two floors, the house offers five double bedrooms and six bathrooms – plenty of space and comfort for every party. Air conditioning and central heating make it pleasant in any season. The kitchen is fully equipped; towels, bed linen, blankets, a washing machine and dishwasher are provided, as are a cot, high chair, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Outside there's a large private pool (10 × 5 m, 1.20–2.20 m deep) surrounded by extensive outdoor space, plus a barbecue area for alfresco meals. Parking is right on the property.

Location & surroundings

Campanet is a quiet village in the north-east at the foot of the Tramuntana, popular with hikers. Nearby are the Caves of Campanet and the Ses Fonts Ufanes springs, which burst spectacularly from the ground after heavy rain. The supermarket and village centre are about 2 km away.

The sea on the Bay of Alcúdia is about 19 km away, around 20–25 minutes by car; Pollença and Alcúdia are easy to reach. Palma airport is about 40 minutes' drive.
