Finca Vernisse

Finca Vernisse is a large, well-kept country house in a privileged location between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort – only about 7 km from the white sandy beaches of northern Mallorca. Plenty of space for large families and groups of up to ten.

With 400 m² over two floors, the house offers five double bedrooms and three full bathrooms, one of them outside – handy for the pool area. The whole house is air-conditioned; electric radiators, a stove and a fireplace provide warmth in cooler months. A cot, high chair, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available.

The 14,000 m² plot holds a large private pool (11 × 4 m), extensive garden and outdoor areas and a barbecue area. A private garage is included.

Location & surroundings

The finca lies between the traditional village of Santa Margalida and the resort of Can Picafort. The gently shelving sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Platja de Muro are about 5–7 km away, and the S'Albufera nature park and the dunes of Son Serra de Marina are close too.

Alcúdia with its old town is about 20 minutes away, Artà about 25 minutes. Palma airport is about 40–45 minutes' drive.
