Ses Oliveres canova

Ses Oliveres Canova sits on a rise at the edge of the small village of Ariany in the heart of Mallorca – with far-reaching views over fields and hills to the Serra de Tramuntana. With eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity pool and a jacuzzi, the finca is ideal for large families and groups of up to 16 plus a baby.

The house is divided into two separate living wings, each with its own kitchen and fireplace, linked by a shared entrance hall – perfect when two families travel together but still want their own space. Six of the eight bedrooms are upstairs, including two master suites with private bathrooms.

The Mediterranean garden with palms, oleander and lavender and the large pool terrace with twelve sun loungers around the infinity pool offer plenty of room for everyone. A cot and high chair are available. For celebrations an extra cleaning fee and an event fee agreed with the owner apply. Tourist licence: ETV 2030.

Location & surroundings

Ariany is one of the island's smallest municipalities – quiet, rural and authentic. Nearby are Petra, birthplace of the missionary Junípero Serra, and Sineu with its traditional Wednesday market, one of the oldest on the island. The hilltop sanctuary of Ermita de Bonany offers a wonderful panoramic view.

The beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia at Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina are around 13–14 km away, about 20 minutes by car. Palma airport is around 35–40 minutes' drive.
