Finca Conies

Finca Conies is an estate dating from 1800, about 4 km from Manacor on the road towards Colònia de Sant Pere – restored in 2012 and set on a vast 130,000 m² plot. Rustic charm with natural stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings meets air conditioning, gas heating and a 10 × 5 metre pool.

The 220 m² of living space comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a living and dining area of around 70 m². At the front of the house are a bedroom and the kitchen with a small dining room, behind them the large living room with two more bedrooms and the second bathroom. A former stable has been converted into a small apartment with its own entrance, air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom – ideal for grandparents or teenagers who like a little independence.

In the garden, the pool and sun terraces invite you to relax, and the outdoor kitchen to sociable summer evenings. With gas heating and a fireplace, the finca is a good choice in winter too. Tourist licence: ETV/1448.

Location & surroundings

Manacor is Mallorca's second-largest town – known for furniture-making, its pearl factories and as the home of Rafael Nadal, whose tennis academy and museum are on the edge of town. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes away.

The east coast with Porto Cristo, the Coves del Drac caves and coves such as Cala Mendia or Sa Coma is around 20 minutes by car. Palma airport is about 40–45 minutes away.
