Finca Ca'n Teulada

Ca'n Teulada is a typical Mallorcan country house near Pollença, set in a beautiful garden. On three levels, six bedrooms and four bathrooms sleep up to twelve – and the harbour of Port de Pollença is only about 4 km away.

The ground floor has a bright living/dining room with fireplace and direct terrace access, the open, fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry and a dining table for twelve, plus a twin bedroom with its own terrace access. Upstairs are three lovingly decorated bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and large shower, and a further bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms on the ground and first floors are air-conditioned.

On the lower floor is a small apartment with two twin bedrooms, a shower room and a small living/dining area with open kitchen – fans keep it cool here. Important: from 31 October to 3 April the finca is let at special rates for a maximum of eight people in four bedrooms. Tourist licence: ETV/537.

Location & surroundings

Pollença is one of Mallorca's prettiest towns: 365 steps lead up to the Calvari, cafés line the Plaça Major, and a large market is held on Sundays. The sandy beach of Port de Pollença is about 4 km away, as are the small coves of Cala Sant Vicenç.

Nearby are the Formentor peninsula, the hiking trails of the Serra de Tramuntana – such as the route to Castell del Rei – and Alcúdia's old town. The area is also popular with cyclists. Palma airport is around 50 minutes by car.
