Can Rito

Can Rito is a private holiday apartment in a historic finca dating from 1842, lovingly restored in 2011. The owners, who work, have separated it from the main house – so up to four guests enjoy plenty of privacy, with a pool, pool house and garden in the rural south-east near Cala d'Or.

The 40 m² apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed; the living room is air-conditioned. A second bedroom for the third and fourth guests is about 50 metres away, right behind the pool house – ideal for teenagers or two couples.

For cosy evenings there is the lovely pool house with a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, plus a garden with barbecue and a veranda. A cot and high chair are available. Tourist licence: ETV/5842.

Location & surroundings

S'Horta is a small, unspoilt village between Felanitx and the coast – quiet, with a bakery and village bars. The coves of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena are about 4 km away, Cala d'Or with its marina and restaurants about 5 km, and the natural cove of Cala Marçal near Portocolom also around 5 km.

Worth a visit: the Sunday market in Felanitx, the Sant Salvador monastery with views over the south-east, and Castell de Santueri. Palma airport is around 45 minutes by car.
