Luxury Beach House Randemar (Porto Cristo)

Randemar is an exclusive modern beach house just about 5 metres from the sea – on the east coast between Porto Cristo and Cala Mendia. From the terrace you enjoy open sea views and spectacular sunrises over the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave), a cosy seating area and dining area, and a bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs are further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. In total the house sleeps six. The rooms are air-conditioned and heated, so Randemar can be used in winter too.

Outside you'll find an overflow pool (5 × 3 m, 2 m deep) with outdoor shower, a well-kept lawn, six sun loungers and a barbecue. A washing machine and dryer are provided. Tourist licence: ETV/2754.

Location & surroundings

The east coast around Porto Cristo is characterised by small coves with turquoise water. Cala Mendia, with its sandy beach, restaurants and shops, is about 1.2 km away, Porto Cristo with its harbour, promenade and the Caves of Drach about 2 km, and Cala Romàntica around 3 km.

Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby, as is the safari zoo near Sa Coma. Manacor is around 15 minutes away, Palma airport about 50 minutes.
